The premiums look higher than the quote I got.
Iaso shows the standard rate before the government rebate, so everyone sees the same number. A quote from a fund has your rebate tier and any Lifetime Health Cover loading applied. Use the rebate selector on the ethical top 3 page to see the after-rebate price for your income bracket.
My recent searches have disappeared.
Recent searches are kept in your browser, not on my server. If you cleared your browsing data or switched devices, they’re gone — run the five questions again.
I left a tip but the page didn’t say thank you.
Payment goes through Stripe, and Stripe emails the receipt. If you were charged and didn’t get back to Iaso, tell me through the contact form with the date and amount and I’ll check it.
Can I ask for a feature?
Yes — there’s a “Request enhancement” link on the site, or use the contact form. Tell me what you were trying to find out.

Use the contact form and tell me: what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead, and (if you can) a screenshot. Say whether it was the web app or the iPhone app. Iaso is a web app, so say which browser and device.
