Why I built it · 01
Choosing an EV in Australia means forty browser tabs: manufacturer sites that won’t give you a straight range figure, a federal FBT exemption with conditions, a different incentive in every state, and used listings scattered everywhere. I wanted one place that had all of it — and a way to narrow it to three cars I should actually test drive.

Is Electra independent?
Yes. No manufacturer pays to be listed or ranked. Rankings come from your answers and the published specs.
Where does the data come from?
Manufacturer specifications, government incentive schedules, and weekly imports of public used-car listings. I cite sources on each page.
Does it cover my state?
All states and territories for incentives. Used listings are national.
Is there an app?
Yes — a native iPhone and iPad app, on the App Store from September 2026. The web version works on any device too.
Android?
Not planned. The web app works in any browser.
