A program built from your answers, not a template.

Tell GetFit what you’re training for, what you’ve got to train with, and how many days you can actually give it. It builds a program around that — then puts it in your calendar so it happens.

Why I built it · 01

Every free program online assumes a gym, five days a week, and someone else’s goal. I wanted a plan that started from my answers: two dumbbells, a bench, three days, and a specific thing I was trying to do. So I built an interview and a rules engine that turns the answers into a week you can follow.

What it does · 02

The interview

A handful of questions — goal, experience, equipment, days per week, any limits. Takes about two minutes.

The engine

A rules engine (not a chatbot) builds the program: exercise selection, sets, reps and progression drawn from established training principles, matched to your answers.

Your calendar

Export the program as a calendar file and every session lands in your week with the exercises listed.

Track it

Sign in to keep your program, check sessions off, and re-run the interview when things change.

Questions · 03

Is this medical or coaching advice?

No. GetFit is general fitness information generated from your answers. If you have a health condition or injury, talk to a professional before starting.

Does it use AI?

Not currently. The program comes from a deterministic rules engine, so the same answers always produce the same plan — and I can explain every choice it makes.

Is it free?

Yes.

Is there an iPhone app?

Yes — native iPhone and iPad, on the App Store from September 2026. Your program syncs between web and phone.
