Terms of service

These terms cover the Intrinsic Ninja website and the apps it publishes: Budgeteer, Electra, Taxare and GetFit. By using them you agree to these terms. They’re short on purpose.

The apps

• Use them for their intended purpose. Don’t try to break them, scrape them, or use them to harm anyone.
• Your data is yours. You can export it or delete it any time. See each app’s privacy policy.
• They’re tools, not advice. Budgeteer isn’t financial advice. Taxare isn’t tax advice and isn’t a registered tax agent. GetFit isn’t medical or coaching advice. Electra’s data comes from published sources and may contain errors. You make the decisions.
• Availability. I aim for the apps to be up all the time; I can’t promise it. I’ll tell you about planned downtime where I can.

Subscriptions

Where an app has a paid tier: billed as stated at purchase; cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period; no refunds for partial periods except where Australian Consumer Law requires them.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing here excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for loss arising from your use of the apps or website. Where liability can’t be excluded, it’s limited to re-supplying the service or refunding what you paid for it.

Changes

I’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
