My payslip didn’t read correctly.
Check whether Taxare flagged it as a single pay or a full year — that’s the most common mix-up. If the figures are wrong, email me a redacted copy (black out your name and TFN).
I can’t find the ATO’s list of outstanding returns.
The in-app walkthrough shows the exact screen. If it’s moved, tell me and I’ll update the guide.
Does Taxare store my TFN?
No. Never. It doesn’t ask for it.
How do I delete my data?
Settings → Delete account. Everything goes within 7 days.
Can Taxare lodge for me?
No — you lodge through ATO myTax. Taxare gets you to the point where that takes minutes.
Which iOS version does the app need?
iOS 26 or later.
